Web based personnel on board software solution. Tracks the arrivals and departures of personnel on board including personnel cabins, lifeboat allocation, emergency personnel team membership, emergency evacuations and much more, for the oil and gas industry.
Reports include but are not limited to emergency teams, current onboard lists, arrivals and departures in addition to complete excel based auto emailed POB lists when changes are made.
All personnel onboard (POB) lists are archived for up to 5 years, more if necessary, with full reporting available on the archives.
Also available PC based Personnel On Board software package.

Features of the web based personnel on board module include:
- Extensive up to the minute reports are available.
- On arrival or departure of personnel there are auto emailed personnel onboard excel spreadsheets to predefined lists.
- For accounting and invoice purposes at midnight local time there is an auto emailed personnel onboard excel spreadsheet to predefined lists.
- Extensive up to the minute reports are available in addition to auto emailed daily reports to predefined lists.
- Predefine pending arrivals and departures
- Auto emailing of current POB listing at midnight local time to predefined lists
- Print pending arrival and departure lists
- Print embarkation cards
- Daily movement reports to assist with accounting for billing, wages and invoicing clients
- System includes Next of Kin (NOK), Emergency contacts, emergency team, cabin and lifeboat allocations
Emergency personnel on board emergency evacuation section includes:
- Ability to evacuate vessel while still maintaining integrity of the personnel on board list.
- Extensive up to the minute personnel onboard evacuated reports are available.
- On personnel evacuation departure of flights or return of personnel there are auto emailed personnel onboard excel spreadsheets to predefined lists showing those evacuated.
- Extensive up to the minute reports are available in addition to auto emailed daily reports to predefined lists.
